Hello and thanks for stopping by my fine art site. I believe that even the simple things in life can be powerful and wonderful. I find myself stopping on the side of the road anytime something catches my eye. Simple things, mostly. In my mind, complexity only bungles things up. I like art that is direct and telling. I enjoy paintings about and want to create paintings about simple stories - portraits of beauty or remembrance, landscapes, rural scenes, wildlife, pets (both new and old friends), warm feelings, warm light, cool mornings, and delight.
